We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for that, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging with its accessories if they are present. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the returning products. You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

 

Damages and issues

To start a return procedure:

  1.  Contact us at info@nordiqe.eu.com stating the reason of your request.
  2.  Provide pictures of possible product defects.
  3.  Provide pictures of the internal packaging to show how the products were packaged and placed, to confirm whether there is sufficient protective material or bubble wrap. 
  4.  Provide pictures of the external packaging when the package is received, including all the sides of the box, to check for any external damage. 
  5.  If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return with the prerequisites (2)-(3)-(4), will not be accepted.
  • It is very important to inspect your order upon reception, photograph any possible defects and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
There are situations where returns/refunds are not approved, such as:

  • The absence of photographic evidence depicting the defective products at the time of unboxing and not later.
  • Physically damaged or broken products caused by misuse or mishandling by customer or the transportation company.
  • Damaged due to inadequate return packaging.
  • Requests for return/refund if more that 10 days have passed since the product arrived to you.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns initiated as a result of a change in customer preference.

 

Important Notice: 

We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen packages or deliveries once they have been received by the transportation service provider or confirmed as delivered. In the event of a confirmed lost or stolen delivery, the recipient is responsible for resolving the matter with the local service provider.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@nordiqe.eu.com.
