NORDIQE - TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of nordiqe.store and purchases made through the website.
Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Payment Policy, and Return & Refund Policy before placing an order.
1. BUSINESS INFORMATION
NORDIQE is the trading name of Theodoros Giallelis, a sole proprietor registered in Greece.
Business address:
Chiou 7
Kalamata 24100
Greece
Email: info@nordiqe.store
Website: https://nordiqe.store
References in these Terms to “NORDIQE”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the business operating nordiqe.store.
2. SCOPE OF THESE TERMS
These Terms apply to:
- your use of nordiqe.store;
- purchases made through the website;
- communications and services connected with an order;
- any policies expressly incorporated into these Terms.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms and policies applicable to your purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides any mandatory consumer right that applies under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction in order to place an order.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
4. PRODUCTS
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, images, colours, and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.
Because screen settings, photography, production batches, natural materials, and manufacturing tolerances may vary, minor differences may occur between images displayed online and the product received.
Products are subject to availability.
We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue products where reasonably necessary. Any change affecting an order already accepted will be handled in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
5. PRICES
The price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to the order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error before the order is accepted.
Prices, currencies, taxes, and any additional charges displayed to you may vary depending on destination, market, and checkout configuration.
Where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges that are not collected at checkout may be payable separately. More information is available in our Shipping & Payment Policy.
6. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location, currency, device, and eligibility.
Payments are processed through Shopify’s secure checkout infrastructure and the payment providers made available at checkout.
NORDIQE does not store full payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own systems.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and to use a payment method that you are authorised to use.
An order may be cancelled or placed on hold where payment cannot be authorised, where fraud or security checks cannot be completed, or where required by applicable law.
7. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
Submitting an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the products shown in your order.
Receipt of an automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.
The contract for the purchase is formed when we accept the order for fulfilment, charge or otherwise confirm the payment where applicable, or dispatch the product, depending on the checkout and fulfilment process used.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- the price or product information contains an obvious material error;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- the order presents a reasonable fraud or security concern;
- shipping is not available to the selected destination;
- fulfilment would violate applicable law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken and no lawful deduction applies, the relevant payment will be refunded.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ORDER LIMITS
Products and quantities are subject to availability.
We may apply reasonable limits to quantities purchased where necessary to prevent fraud, resale abuse, stock depletion, or technical errors.
Where part of an order becomes unavailable, we may contact you regarding available options, which may include cancellation or refund of the unavailable item.
9. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping destinations, delivery estimates, handling times, split shipments, tracking, customs information, and shipping-related issues are governed by our Shipping & Payment Policy.
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise.
NORDIQE may use third-party logistics, fulfilment, supplier, and shipping partners to store, prepare, and dispatch products on our behalf. NORDIQE remains the customer’s point of contact for support relating to the order.
10. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, change-of-mind requests, damaged or defective goods, incorrect products, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in that policy or these Terms limits mandatory statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming goods.
11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel an order, contact info@nordiqe.store as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters processing or fulfilment.
Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible. Where the product is eligible for return after delivery, the applicable Return & Refund Policy will apply.
Any mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
12. CONSUMER RIGHTS AND LEGAL GUARANTEES
Customers may have mandatory rights under the consumer-protection laws that apply to their purchase.
These rights can include remedies where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise fail to conform to the contract.
Where European Union consumer law applies, consumers may also benefit from statutory rights including the applicable legal guarantee and the statutory right of withdrawal for eligible distance purchases.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to replace or reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
13. CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for providing accurate and current information when placing an order or using customer-account features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials under your control.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been used without authorisation.
14. ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE WEBSITE
You must not use the website:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- to interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the website;
- to introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful automated activity;
- to attempt unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data;
- to scrape, copy, or systematically extract website content in violation of applicable law or our intellectual-property rights;
- to impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; or
- to infringe the rights of NORDIQE or any third party.
Reasonable use of standard search engines, browsers, accessibility tools, and other ordinary technologies is not prohibited by this section.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the website design, brand elements, text, graphics, logos, photographs, and other content made available by NORDIQE are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may view and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes connected with browsing or purchasing from the store.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected content without permission where such permission is required by law.
Third-party trademarks, product names, photographs, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.
16. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND CUSTOMER CONTENT
Where the website allows you to submit a review, photograph, comment, or other content, you confirm that:
- you have the right to submit it;
- it does not knowingly contain false, unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful material; and
- it does not violate another person’s privacy or intellectual-property rights.
You retain ownership of content you create.
By submitting content for publication on our store, you grant NORDIQE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and use that content for operating, promoting, and improving NORDIQE, subject to applicable law.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary, including where it violates these Terms, applicable law, platform rules, or the rights of others.
17. PRIVACY
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
18. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
Our website may use or link to independent services such as payment providers, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, or other websites.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
NORDIQE is not responsible for independent third-party websites or services outside our control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
19. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to maintain reliable access to the website but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may temporarily restrict or suspend website functionality for maintenance, security, technical problems, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
This does not affect obligations relating to orders already accepted or mandatory consumer rights.
20. ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
We may correct typographical, technical, pricing, availability, or other errors on the website.
Where an error materially affects an order already placed, we will handle the matter fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
We will not rely on this section to remove mandatory consumer rights or to make a material change to an accepted order without a lawful basis.
21. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory liability relating to consumer rights, fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be limited.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NORDIQE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed and that do not arise from a breach of a mandatory legal obligation.
If you use the website or purchase products in the course of a business rather than as a consumer, additional limitations permitted by law may apply.
22. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control where applicable law permits this, including significant carrier disruption, natural disasters, governmental action, war, civil disturbance, labour disruption, widespread network or infrastructure failure, or similar events.
We will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and fulfil affected obligations as soon as reasonably possible.
This section does not remove rights that applicable consumer law gives you in the event of delayed or failed delivery.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law that would otherwise protect you.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from relying on jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.
24. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
If you have a complaint relating to an order or our services, please contact info@nordiqe.store first so that we can try to resolve the matter.
Nothing in these Terms requires a consumer to submit a dispute exclusively to private arbitration or prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights before a competent court, regulator, consumer-protection body, or applicable out-of-court dispute-resolution mechanism.
Where a legally recognised alternative dispute-resolution process is available and applicable, information may be provided upon request or where required by law.
25. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technologies, or legal requirements.
The current version will be published on nordiqe.store with an updated “Last updated” date.
Changes do not retroactively remove rights or obligations relating to orders already accepted unless required or permitted by law.
26. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary where possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the policies expressly referenced in them and the order information presented at checkout, form the agreement relating to your use of the website and purchases made through it, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
