SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- Australia
- Hong Kong
- United States
Note: Our furniture collection is offered exclusively to customers within the United States.
The shipping is free for all orders to any of the above countries.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

Handling Time: In most cases, the handling time of an order spans 2 to 3 business days, after which the order is handed over to the shipping company. The shipping duration is contingent upon your location in the world.

Shipping Timeline: Orders, including handling time, usually take between 4 to 15 business days for delivery, depending on your specific location and other unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, strikes, shipping companies' workload, customs, and so on). In Detail:

Furniture: 4 to 8 business days (United States only)

All other products: 8 to 15 business days
Please note again, that delivery times are approximate and may vary based on product availability, shipping destination, and external factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your order with the utmost care.
Tracking updates will be available within 24 hours after your order has been dispatched. If you encounter difficulties in tracking your package, we recommend checking again later. If you do not see any updates after 72 hours, please reach out to us for assistance.
Also note that in many cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
SHIPMENT ISSUES
- If you encounter any problems with your package, kindly get in touch with us at info@nordiqe.eu.com. When reaching out, please remember to provide your order and tracking numbers, a concise description of the issue, and any reference numbers associated with the carrier that you have initiated.
- We will make every effort to assist you with your concern; however, it's important to note that we cannot accept responsibility for any product once it has been handed over to the shipping company.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
- If you have ordered multiple items, it is possible that we have divided your order into two or more packages. We request your patience as the other package may experience a delay in arrival. Alternatively, please feel free to reach out to us.
- The situation is similar for multiple orders, as they are likely to arrive at different times.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
- It is the customer's responsibility to receive the product at the specified address provided in the order details. If there is a need to change the address, please inform us within 24 hours of the order purchase. After this time period, cancellations or modifications to the order are not possible.
- In the event of shipping to an incorrect address, the order is nonrefundable, as mentioned at our Return Policy.
- The customer is also responsible for receiving the product. The courier company may attempt delivery multiple times, but this is not always guaranteed. Therefore, we kindly request that you contact your nearest postal service if there have been attempted deliveries multiple times. Please reach out to the postal service mentioned on your tracking page in case of any issue.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
- If your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, you can cancel the order within 18 hours of placing it without incurring any cancellation fee.
- After 18 hours, a 18% cancellation fee will be applied if you decide to cancel your order.
- Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Additionally, we do not accept returns that are initiated due to a change in customer preference. For more, see our Return Policy.
It's important to notify us about the cancellation as soon as possible, as we often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours. The faster you inform us, the higher the chances of canceling the order successfully.
CUSTOMS
- Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control.
- The calculation and charging of duties and taxes are carried out by customs authorities in your country, and therefore, they are outside our jurisdiction.
- As the importer of the goods, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live, for any customs duties, taxes, and additional fees imposed by your country for the import. We currently provide duty-free shipping only for the EU.
- However, as these charges are determined individually by your country's officials upon import, we are unable to estimate the exact amount you may be charged for customs.
We recommend reaching out to the customs officials in your country for more information on the potential customs charges for your order.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned back to us, it will be considered a change in customer preference, and no refund request will be accepted. For more, read our Return Policy.
We occasionally ship some orders from selected third-party retailers, over which we have no control regarding the inclusion of VAT in 100% of their orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
